How does the brain learn to read music?

Before we can read a simple text, the brain needs to build connections: 🔹 Recognize a symbol 🔹 Associate it with a sound 🔹 Integrate it into a sequence 🔹 Understand its meaning within a context

But music reading comes with an additional challenge: the same sound can be represented by different symbols.

That's why, at Bolognani-Methode, we created Play and Place: a game that transforms musical symbols into a hands-on learning experience.

Touch is the sense with the greatest impact on the brain because it involves around 90% of the body's sensory receptors. This helps information be learned more effectively and more quickly. Sometimes, it's not about how much you practice—it's about how you practice.

Find Play and Place in the Bolognani-Methode online store.
